Single Family Homes – Cape Harbour is currently more than 90% built out when it comes to single family homes. There are less than 20 building sites remaining, all of which are privately owned. Townhomes and Villas – The first of three phases of development are underway to build out the remainder of the undeveloped land in Cape Harbour. The first phase includes a mixture of on and off water townhomes and villas that will fill in the area in between the funky fish houses and the Marina South I tower. The second and much larger phase, which will sit on the West side of the Marina, will also include a mixture of on and off water townhomes and villas but will also include an amenities installation. Planning is underway on this phase and pre-construction units are still available for purchase. The third and final phase will occupy the space that was previously used for boat and trailer storage on the Northwest portion of the property that abuts El Dorado Pkwy.
