Landmark Holdings US, LLC envisions the "Cape Harbor" site to be developed as an extension of the existing character of downtown Mason Avenue's current mixed uses. The architectural elements and varied building facades of today's Mason Avenue will be enhanced, expanded and blended in accordance with the anticipated pattern book and applied to the new revitalization Landmark Holdings proposes.
After four months of thoughtful deliberation and discussion the Cape Charles Planning Commision presented its recommendation of the three conditional uses requested by Landmark Holdings US, LLC to the Cape Charles Town Council in July, 2008 . The recommendation supported the Cape Harbor project's application as presented, with twelve conditions. The Town Council of Cape Charles is now reviewing the application.
